Shipping timelines
Orders are made in small batches and typically ship within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping choice made at check out. See the options below: - USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days - USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 2 to 5 business days - FedEx Ground / UPS Ground: 1 to 5 business days - FedEx Ground Economy: 2 to 7 business days - Expedited / Overnight Services: Next-day delivery options available through UPS and FedEx
Returns & refunds
Change of heart? No hard feelings. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus original shipping costs) — just make sure your return is on its way back to us within that window; transit time back to us doesn't count against the 30 days. Opened cosmetics can't be resold once they've left the jar, so we handle those case by case — reach out and we'll figure it out together.
Damaged or incorrect items
Mistakes happen and we're here to sort it out fast. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7–14 days with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
